UK Law allows Forced Mass Vaccinations

UK legislation from January 2009 states the obligation on the Secretary of State to ensure implementation of recommendations made by the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), including recommendations on mass vaccinations, which much be based on "an assesment which demonstates cost effectiveness".
